Easy to assemble but I have not used it yet.

I just received it yesterday and assembled it in the evening. I am looking forward to using it today.

Lil Chipper/ Big Help

This takes up no space really in our garage and works great. Light weight enough to move around the yard.

Works Great!

I was surprised how well this unit works for my 1/4 acre property. Teamed with a small electric chainsaw, 100% of my yard work now becomes firewood or mulch, saving me from buying both. I generally don’t chip material over about an inch as this is excellent firewood. Highly recommended.

Great tool for home use

My yard has trees that shed nuisance branches and twigs with annoying regularity, especially during storms, and they really pile up. I also have “over growth” from neighbors’ unattended wild trees and vines. This shredder handles them with ease. Recommendations: 1) wear a dust mask, as the shredder puts out a lot of dust, 2) do not attempt to shred green branches on the same day you prune them. Pile them up and let them dry out for a week or two to avoid clogs and jams. Note that tiny twigs of less than ⅛ inch diameter will often be drawn through the blades without shredding. I use them for tinder in my backyard fire pit 🙂.

SMALL BUT WORKS WELL

MY HUSBAND HAD QUITE A BIT OF LIMBS THAT HE'D CUT. THIS CHIPPER MADE IT EASY GETTING THEM CHIPPED INTO MULCH STUFF. HE USED IT FOR THE DAY UNTIL THE BLADES WORE DOWN. HE SHARPENED THEM AND STILL PURCHASED NEW ONES FROM THE WEBSITE. THIS HANDY CHIPPER IS GOING TO BE WELL USED. HOPEFULLY IT CAN HANDLE THE JOB FOOR YEARS TO COME.

Works as advertised

Bought this product for property cleanup after the winter and it works great for twigs and not too thick branches, the free mulch is a nice bonus, will work on all types of branches but I wouldn't use it on too many hard woods which will dull the blade and trip the built in breaker.

Pretty great little workhorse

Bought this chipper last week, used extensively over the past weekend. I have about 5 years-worth of various sized sticks that have fallen from nearby trees, and it was getting to be a bit too much. We bought this in spite of the limited reviews, knowing that it's difficult to be one of the first to purchase something nowadays. I was pleasantly surprised with its ability to handle everything we threw at it over 2 days without stopping. It did clog up a couple of times, but unclogging was super easy and safe as long as you follow the instructions (unplug the device, avoid using your hand to manually move the blade, etc.). Overall it's a great device, would highly recommend for those who have an ever-growing stick pile.

a great little wood chipper for small branches

bought this to beak down branches that I clean up after storms, but I did a great job with dry wood and also held up to some new branches with leaves that I pruned a couple days ago. Overall I'd say it's worth the money if you're looking for a way to beak down small branches to mulch which can be bagged and thrown out easier than having to carry out large bundles of branches that are hard to handle.

So far so good!

I was a little nervous since this was my first ever wood chipper, but it wasn't too complicated to set up, and I'm happy it included the paddle pusher and bag to hold the wood chips. I tested it with a stick about 1.5 inches thick and it worked fine. I'm excited to turn all the twigs in my yard into wood chips!
