Wow, every time it pans to the stars, I am floored. I didn't like the stutter, but LG has Tru Motion built in which fixes all those problems. Overall, great tv.

The blacks are actually black, colors pop, HDR content just hits different, and it really does give that “cinema” vibe. Brightness is better than my earlier TVs.. The built-in speakers are fine with good sound quality. The webOS interface is clean and fast, and all the streaming apps are right there. AI Picture/Sound modes are cool too—sometimes I leave them on, sometimes I tweak things myself. It’s super thin and looks slick on the wall. Definitely has that “premium” vibe.

With all four HDMI 2.1 ports and ultra-low input lag, my PS5 and Xbox Series X feel more responsive than ever. Fast motion stays smooth, and the clarity during action scenes is impressive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV a couple days before Halloween 2025. I had a 55 inch OLED TV from LG. It was the best TV I’ve ever owned. So when it came time to upgrade, I carefully weighed my options. I wanted a bigger TV, but I also wanted it to still be thin and light and have the best picture quality. So naturally another larger OLED from LG was the best and really the only option. 77 inches was where I ended up anything larger than the price starts to get atmospheric. I was originally going to get the B5 model and had been mulling it over for the last nine months or so. Finally, this deal appeared on one of my websites for this year‘s model C5. So not only was it an upgrade from the B5, but it was also this year‘s model. I immediately jumped once I found out it came with an extra sound bar and wall mount. Let me tell you this TV is gorgeous. Silky blacks with outstanding colors and brightness. The Evo panel means you’re getting better brightness than a normal OLED TV. Color accuracy is almost perfect. 120 Hz standard refresh rate is great for any in all TV viewing. 144 Hz refresh rate is perfect for games I play on my PS5 Pro. Especially FPS for every little bit of movement in the distance can be seen when you have a higher refresh rate. It’s almost an unfair advantage when gaming online if you have a better larger tv. And this is simply one of the best for that if not the best. I’m thrilled with this purchase. My last two TVs have been by LG, and I’ve had absolutely no issues. I assume my experience will be the same with this TV.

The only problem that I ran into was that the Alexa voice command does not work as it should be. Still working on this problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the LG C5 77-inch for a little while now and it has been amazing. The picture quality is the first thing that really stood out to me. The colors look rich, the screen is extremely sharp, and movies look almost like they’re playing in a theater. Bright scenes and dark scenes both look great. I’ve also been really impressed with how smooth it is for gaming. The response feels instant and everything looks very clear, especially in fast games. The built-in apps work well and the menu is easy to use, so I haven’t had any issues finding what I need. The sound quality is good for a thin TV. I still prefer using a soundbar for movies, but on its own it’s definitely better than expected. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The TV looks great in my space and I feel like I got really strong value for the money. I would definitely recommend the LG C5 to anyone looking for a great OLED TV.
