It's ideal for someone who does lead an active lifestyle to apply straight after showering. It will withstand a full day but not an entire 24 hours which is the ONLY reason I must give it a 4 rather than a 5. Your underarms won't be left feeling wet after only an hour like so so many other deodorants. I like putting deo's to the test by applying after a morning shower and going the entire day/night to sniff the next morning and sadly a bit of scent popped through and a shower was necessary. I always prefer a jelly style of deodorant and that is what this one is. It helped to keep the sweat away which is always the highest need for deodorant.
