Best computer purchase!

This is the computer I needed to run my video editing software. Runs smooth, runs fast, and no crashes. I really like it!

I think it'll be a wonderful laptop for my husband but it's been very difficult to setup with Microsoft 365 & Office.

It is a great computer and faster than my last HP, Yet it is missing a SD Card reader port. Had to go buy and external SD card reader port.

Completely satisfied with the HP OmniBook 7 LT AI 17dc0097nr. So far, the speed and clarity of the screen are exceptional.

Built in speaker did not work when it arrived. Problem was solved by downloading an update. Finding that update was difficult.

I love this product! The feel of the keyboard, the large screen, and the 10-key feature included. My IT expert son helped me set it up.

If you're used to equating "laptop" with "portable", this laptop will help you break that habit. To say it is as heavy as a desktop computer is an exaggeration (but only a slight one). Even though the screen is only 1.3" larger than the laptop it replaces, it is at least 4-5 lbs. heavier. I am a football-player-sized person, and I have difficulty lifting it with one hand (which I have to do several dozen times a day). I would recommend purchasing a wrist brace if you plan on ever lifting this unit. I have had two significant issues so far. Periodically, it loses the sound. USUALLY, unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable fixes it. But often it doesn't (or takes 4-6 attempts). Also, no matter what browser I use (MS Edge, Chrome, firefox), it will freeze, usually while scrolling. There's nothing I can do but wait the 1-5 minutes until it unfreezes on its own (sometimes it says "not responding", sometimes it doesn't). I called HP, and after a few minutes of talking, they wanted to transfer me to their paid support line. I said I didn't consider it a software issue, as it happens in ALL browsers. Given the choice between PAYING for support on a brand-new laptop or returning it for another brand and/or model, returning it sounds a lot easier and cheaper. Disappointing.
