[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our house hold favorite bread. It's great for your panini press, holds up and doesn't get mushy. Great for making French toast and regular toast and my kids love it for grilled cheeses! Just the right thickness and taste great. Sourdough bread is a much healthier choice than any other kind around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the taste has that little bit of sour taste to it that makes it enjoyable you feel like you're eating homemade bread and when toasted it's very tasty with butter , it reminds you of the good old days when you were a kid having toast in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this bread for every meal I can think of - it makes amazing French Toast, is the perfect sandwich bread (great with turkey and Brie), and is always there for a quick midnight snack of toast and jam.

I was not impressed with this bread at all. We ate 2 slices and now it is going in the trash. It was not floppy, soft, etc. I guess you could call me a bread snob. If my bread is not soft, regardless of expiration date, it goes in the trash. By the way the expiration on this loaf was a week away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great bread to use for making french toast. We have tried many different breads to find one that holds up well when soaked in egg mixture for making French toast and Pepperidge Farmhouse Sourdough Bread is our favorite.

There are five substitutions in all five were great substitutions I like them all and they all gave me the benefit if they were a higher price I got the lower price if they were a lower price they gave me the lower price so they were great substitutions all the way around

My only complaint cones from retailer that I buy from the expiration date is always near when I can find it. Often times it's hard to find which I understand it's great bread!

The flavor is where it really lacked . I was hoping for a real sour dough taste. I wouldn't have guessed it was plain sourdough. I'd buy again and use in place if a white bread recipe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to make grilled ham and cheese sandwiches while my mom was visiting from Sacramento. The grocery store didn't have any fresh loaves, so we tried this. My mom is a bit of a snob when it comes to sourdough and I was worried that my kids wouldn't eat it, because they haven't liked sourdough in the past. Everyone ate it and enjoyed it. I appreciate the milder taste. Some sourdough is just too sour for me.

bro this is NOT sourdough bread AT ALL. the bread itself is like eh, its SWEET tho. how can sourdough be sweet? it can't, and after you chew it for a while you can kind of taste the sour but the sour tastes like candy sour and not sourdough bread. I JUST WANT SOME SOUR DOUGH BREAD I CAN HAVE WITH MY BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP. im so disappointed bro :(
