unlike other sourdough bread its not hard. soft and spongy texture like sandwich bread. tastes great too

If you can’t make homemade sourdough bread, this is a god substitute. Also, it causes less of a blood sugar spike than ordinary white bread.

no actual sourdough texture, tasted stale. may have been in storage too long. regular white or wheat bread is a better value
