This bread was stale. Must have been on the shelf for weeks!

Its good but a bit dry to my liking. Also has alot of carbs.

Its more like sponge bread than sourdough.

It might say sourdough bread but it doesn't have the texture and taste of sourdough.

Hearty bread. Fantastic toasted or made into French toast.
