We love this splash pad!! There is a separate spout to first add water for the outer ring, then you hook the hose to the sprinkler ring. We had a blast on it! It’s huge!

Set up was easy, there's a handful of rubber/plastic washers that came with it-so remember to keep that in the hose connector (or else it'll leak out badly). We've had it set up for 2 weeks now-easy to wash out with a drainage hole on the bottom side. Very large-great price. Overall kids love it and it's been able to withstand the AZ sun.

No issues here! We love this splash pad, second year in a row we have bought one.

This was only the second time using it and it juts popped! Such a bummer.

Yep should read reviews first not able to get it to spray in the pool only outwards will be returning

Can't get the water to point into the pad

I bought this for a visit by my 2 grandchildren 1 %26 4 years old. First time it was lots of fun. We had the water on medium (slow filling) which game 30-40 cm high water ‘fountains’ into the pool/pad. Second time we should use it it started to leak just under the water connection piece and when I inspected I found the thicker plastic connection and the attachment to the pool/pad thin plastic were separated almost half way around. It had not been exposed for high water pressure so this is due to a poor construction. Not sure if we just were unlucky with the pool/pad we received but it was really sad we could only use it one time. We had many sunny days so the rest of their visit was spent in our in-ground pool instead, which is big and deep and not give option for the same running and splashing. I did not find any Control marking on the product or in the box. I wish Sam’s Club would be more Quality conscious about items they sell and Test products thoroughly before offering it for sale! It is so sad to introduce something fun for children and then have to remove it due to dysfunction or safety issues.

My grandkids received this as a gift from us. They didn’t have it one day. It had a defect in it. My daughter followed instructions with the replace to try to get the company to replace it and of course they didn’t. I give this company an F because it wasn’t something they did it was a defect in the way they made it. I would not recommend the splash pad.

We used this splash pad about 4 times this summer and it just popped. Has a giant hole in it. We didn't run the hose super high. We've had it inside for storage. My kids are sad and we were hoping to get more years and uses out of it.

second time i hooked up the hose the connection started to leak and popping out, of course i threw the box away, so i am stuck with a worthless piece of plastic. what a waste of money
