Ordered this to replace the gate that is pictured but was sent a different model twice. It wouldn't be a problem but the new one does not match the old hardware and the locking mechanism is not as secure or childproof

I was sent a completely different gate than what this shows. I needed the exact gate we had previously (that gate broke two different times, so on our third) so I thought I was reordering the exact gate we had but was sent a completely different gate. I don't want to put new holes in our wood bannisters so I wanted the same gate. I was then told this gate is no longer made.

I.bought this specifically because it showed and said it could be used on banisters. However the pieces they are showing that attaches to the gate and the banister isn't in the box. It doesn't come with it and I don't even know where to get that part, so the gate is useless.
