Delivery was simple, packaging was good set up has been a breeze. We haven't had to use it yet so I can't comment on that.

Ilike the east assembly of the product. Also it runs great and starts easy and remote is really nice.

I had to purchase a gentent....and due to your design, it does not fit perfectly.....it will do the job, but you need to offer an easy to use COVER.

Had the gas company install a quick-connect today. It's super easy to get the generator connected and started. Runs great on natural gas.

Right now it is doing what i need iwill have wait after i have used it and like the diffrence way that you can hook up Gas, Butane, nacural gas!

I purchased this to replace my 25 year old Generac, mistly because I needes more capacity for powet outages. This little beast does the job.

I was looking for a generator that could power my house and this one was the only one I could find that was available with this much capacity.

Love that this is a duel fuel generator and the remote start is great. Solid output and not too loud.

The remote start is awesome! Does a great job of holding 60 HZ. Has all the power I need to power my home.
