The surface of this griddle is bigger than most of the competition so great for families but also only takes up two burners. You can also heat up both sides different heat levels if you want to. Very versatile and easy to use and clean up. A huge win for our family. We love it!

I can move food from one hot zone to a colder zone as needed. The griddle heats up and cools down quickly, allowing me to adjust heat using the burner controls. I tested it out by cooking scrambled eggs and sausages. I was astounded by how nothing stuck to the griddle! Cleanup was very easy too using warm water and soap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I have been using the Cuisinart FusionXtra double burner griddle, I can say I really like it so far. I thought it would be much heavier when I first saw it, but it actually isn't. It's lightweight enough to carry around comfortably, but not too light since the griddle can still stay firmly. The size is right for my family, not too big or too small. It is perfect for a small family of 2 - 4 people. I also love the design and the handle; it looks sleek and nice to me. I used it for steak, bacon, smash burgers, and this works great with those so far. Just a little tip: although it's nonstick, I still recommend using a little oil or butter for the best result, since it's not like a super nonstick slide-off egg pan. Overall, I think it's a nice investment for my kitchen, because I find it's useful for a lot of my recipes.

It is a very sturdy, stainless steel griddle. It heats up evenly if you use two separate burners for those that don't have a big center burner. It has some weight to it but it's not super heavy. Definitely a good griddle that won't warp after a few uses.
