It is a very sturdy, stainless steel griddle. It heats up evenly if you use two separate burners for those that don't have a big center burner. It has some weight to it but it's not super heavy. Definitely a good griddle that won't warp after a few uses.

Food can cook a little unevenly depending on the size and placement of your burners, so you have to keep that in mind when placing ingredients on the griddle. Overall its definitely a handy product!
