Excellent griddle for induction stove. Maintains its shape way better than pans with steel stuck to the bottom. Great for making tortillas and the meat for tacos at the same time.

I would love a whole set of this cookware. It’s sturdy, pretty, and easy to hand wash. I love that it’s not too heavy and can go in the oven as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using the Cuisinart FusionXtra Double Burner Griddle. The size of the griddle is one of my favorite things about the product. The griddle sits across 2 burners on the oven, and has a large cooking area. I am able to cook an entire breakfast on the same pan: eggs, pancakes, sausage, and bacon. It is nice not having to cook everything in separate pans. The hybrid cooking surface is also really nice. I expected a larger griddle to be harder to clean, but is was so quick to wipe down after cooking. Food doesn't stick to the griddle which made clean up so easy. I was worried about the heat distribution with a product this large, but so far it has been good, and I am able to cook my food easily. Overall I think this product is a blood option if cook large breakfasts or griddle meals. I see myself using this product regularly, especially over a skillet I already owned.

It is a very sturdy, stainless steel griddle. It heats up evenly if you use two separate burners for those that don't have a big center burner. It has some weight to it but it's not super heavy. Definitely a good griddle that won't warp after a few uses.

I can move food from one hot zone to a colder zone as needed. The griddle heats up and cools down quickly, allowing me to adjust heat using the burner controls. I tested it out by cooking scrambled eggs and sausages. I was astounded by how nothing stuck to the griddle! Cleanup was very easy too using warm water and soap.

Its perfect for bigger families and cooking alot quickly. The pan heats up quickly, and is easy to clean. Food can cook a little unevenly depending on the size and placement of your burners, so you have to keep that in mind when placing ingredients on the griddle. Overall its definitely a handy product!
