Love love the performance. I'm a professional chef and this oven performs very similar to professional kitchen. I'm amazed. But I took 2 stars off because my bottom oven is not heating anymore and it's been more than 2 weeks and nobody coming out to fix it yet. If my top oven broke too, that would be a disaster because I use oven a lot because I bake, roast, air fry… etc pretty much everyday to feed my family!

Hate this oven. Can't read the small numbers on the dials. Neither oven is big enough to cook a turkey.

Waited 3 months for delivery. Didn't work when brand new. Had to wait on service. Cost of electrician required beforehand, unnecessarily.

I have been looking at this appliance for awhile. I am so glad we made the purchase. I really enjoy the extention on the rack. In fact I want to order another one.

I've had a chance to use this oven more. The top oven door doesn't open flat and I've burned my fingers pulling the rack out. It's also been difficult to get the temperature correct. I've used 2 oven thermometers.

Whenever we turn the back left burner on, the front left also gets turned on. We've been trying to get this fixed for 4 months now. A tech did come out and start working on it, and stated this is an ongoing problem with LG. He stated they had ordered the wrong part, so he would have to come back. We'll the second part came in, but the tech rescheduled the install date. And then on the second reschedule, the ticket got closed out stating it had been fixed, but the tech never came out. And now we're left with small children in the home and an inability to use the back burner.

Love the oven and range, but the printing on the knobs is impossible to read because it's so small.
