I bought this a few weeks ago and the delivery was very fast. They brought into my room of choice. It's worked great so far. Haven't tried all the features but seems to remove wrinkles.

We had a brand new LG steamer closet and needed to swap the door. The manual said it was possible but they suggest you reach out to a LG rep to swap the door. We did that and it took over a month and a half for them to swap the door. They rescheduled and cancelled at least four times before the door was swapped.

Don't get confused and it's not a cleaner but does work great when you have some clothes that needs to be freshen up with minor dirts and want to wear it again. Another great feature is that it just works with the regular water for steaming. Coming to design and space needed - it's very sleek in design and can fit into very small space.

It's amazing how much the drycleaning bills can add up and so when we heard about this product and we were doing a renovation we figured out a way to get it integrated into our laundry room. I'm so glad we did! Works great for sweaters/blouses/dresses. Find myself using it almost as much as the washer/dryer. Only issue is it doesn't hold that much so sometimes have to run multiple loads (more relevant when coming back from a longer trip).
