After researching the many popular brand name surface cleaners, I chose this one based on its much better PSI/GPM numbers. No pun intended, but this one blows the others away. Looks to be well built, and stainless steel to boot. The bonus is that this comes with a couple of wand extensions, so you're not spending time all hunched over while using it.

I bought this a month ago and just used it for the first time yesterday. I was not sure what to expect since I had borrowed an older cleaner (different brand) from a neighbor a couple of years ago and was very disappointed with its performance. I have. 3100 PSI gas-powered pressure washer and, as soon as I turned it on, the results were amazing. It almost glides over the surface (concrete patio, porch & sidewalk), and cleans beautifully.

Works great! Significantly limits water spray back into clothing. I used it to clean pavers. I did have to use regular nozzle in areas where some pavers were very uneven, but most of the pavers cleaned very well without extra work. Works best by pulling backwards. By concentrating water within the unit, it helps easily dislodge debris from cracks. Much more gentle on the body than using only wand to clean. Faster cleaning than wand only

I bought this surface cleaner to shine up the driveway. It worked great for the first 30 to 40 minutes, after that all it did was leave swirl marks. Upon lifting it up off the ground a little bit, looks like the armature does not spin anymore. I purchase this product because this one had better reviews and the Ryobi I purchased earlier did the same thing. But at least the Ryobi lasted longer. It did out perform the Ryobi when it did work. I'll say that much.

Using a surface cleaner head is a great way to reduce overspray and mess when pressure washing. This one is well built with metal wheels; no dragging across the pavement all day. The only downside is that it does not wash the debris away from the washed area and the standing dirty water where you worked makes it a bit difficult to tell if you are done.

Works well on concrete driveway, tile patio floor and around texture pool decking floats well without catching on rough surfaces. I did have to go over a couple of stained areas with a 15 degree head to clean up spots and to wash dirty water down driveway or off patio. I have the Westinghouse 3000E, PW and the 14” wand is to short for me (6'1””) a 16” extension would be nice to have available to buy. However, my old P.W. had a 31” wand so I used that one

I originally bought your 12" surface cleaner but had to return it as it was leaking water all over the place and the wand would stop rotating shortly after using it...too many weak plastic pieces and seals! It was a disappointment but I upgraded to your 15" surface cleaner with the brass/metal fittings onboard and it is MUCH more durable and no problems so far so I'm very happy. However, I do need to tell you to please redesign your 12" surface cleaner as it is of poor quality design and I can't see it lasting long for anyone so you'll have a lot of disappointed customers.

BE SURE to add a garden hose washer, in addition to the screened washer that is installed, to the garden hose connection port; if you do not add a washerit will leak... remove the screened washer, incert the new washer then incert the screened washer, then attach a garden hose, NO MORE LEAK... this washer is not industrial but it works very well around the home... set the soap applicator to about 50% and adjust from there... i am happy with mthis purchase...

I just received my 15" surface cleaner and it works wonders compared to using the wand with a normal nozzle. The job time went from nearly 6 hours down to 90 minutes for my 50' x 18' driveway plus 100 sq ft area of sidewalk approach. My only advice is to rinse with normal wand after each section of cleaning with the attachment to wash away loosened debris.

Recently purchased this surface cleaner to clean my driveway/rv pad/sidewalk and entry. It worked as advertised and saved a huge amount of time vs using a nozzle. I previously purchased brand R and went through two of those in 3 usages. They worked fine for the first two times, but after that either quit working or started spewing water out of the top. This Westinghouse cleaner has worked fine after a good workout so am hoping the next time I use it I won't have any issues.
