This unit saves time and money by covering a broad area faster. It cannot get stubborn stains out - but the pressure nozzle can. For the rest of the job it functions as expected. It is not meant for commercial use - but its fine if you just have one or two properties to maintain.

Brought this product little over a week age. Used two days later was totally satisfied. Had purchased two Surface cleaners from competitors and was able to use both one time. The feature that I like is it have a replaceable filter which I think will help with clogging and unclogging nozzle cleaners. From the old school; always like Westinghouse products

I bought the plastic 15" surface cleaner for my pool pavers and front walkway. I wanted to see if it would make a difference. Unbelievable! Fantastic job! I used half the water and completed the job in half the time versus using the wand itself. Only one fair warning though...if you are tall, you will need an extension wand to save your back:)

This was my first time using a surface cleaner. I must say that it was an awesome experience. It usually takes about an hour and a half to clean my porch with the wand, but the surface cleaner brought my time down to about 15 mins ttotal. I am definitely happy with this purchase.

We needed to clean our large patio. We moved into the house last year and this hasn't been done in at least 5 years, so it was filthy. There was no way I was going to spend hours upon hours using a nozzle, so I researched and bought this instead. It still took time because of the large area and the degree of dirt, but wow. Attached photo is after 1 pass, I'm going to go over it again. Tips: A- I'm 5'4 and could use this comfortably, if you're any taller you'd probably want an extension piece. B- The most efficient way to use this was to pull it towards me while I stepped backwards. (your feet will get wet! wear proper footwear) C- It did tend to get 'stuck' at times (the spinning slowed/stopped). Cleaning with the supplied pick didn't always help, I found that manually taking off any debris accumulated from the center helped. And to check if the issue was resolved, I'd pick it up off the ground and turn it on until it span normally.

I've always just used a sprayer when power washing our back patio (concrete) and thought this might make it a little easier and quicker. It scrubbed the concrete pretty well and covered the surface area a lot quicker than just using the sprayer. It was easy to attach to the handle and easy to use.

I had a surface cleaner that was smaller for my old pressure washer and liked using it. So when I purchased my new Westinghouse pressure washer, I made sure to order the 16.5" surface cleaner. It makes cleaning large flat surfaces so much easier and quicker!

Bought in March 2025. Unboxed and first use May 18. Oiled up. Gassed Up. Choke On. Fuel switch to On. Engine switch to On. Water hooked up and On. Bled lines of air. Pull start cord time and again, until injured my back and had to stop. At least 150 to 200 times. Brand New Pressure Washer would not start. Double and tripled checked all switches and connections. It simply would not start. Wasted day. Wasted Money.

Used on pressure treated deck. Some boards a year old, some 42 years old. The 16.5" surface cleaner was paired with a 3600 psi, 2.5 gpm pressure washer. All the board surfaces were cleaned very well with none of the unsightly marks common when using only a pressure washer & fan tip.

This surface cleaner accessory is much faster than the nozzles for concrete and cleans more even. It is easy to install and use. I just wish that it came with a 1 or 2 feet extension for tall guys like me. It is a bit short, so in order to hold with 2 hands I need to bend a bit which is not comfortable, I had to use only one hand to avoid that.
