works great over semi rough surfaces keep water and debris from splattering

I bought 2 surface cleaners and the Westinghouse surface cleaner left the best results ever

I have used these before and it is hit or miss but this one works really wel.l

Need to move it slow. Doesn't do as good as i thought but it does work
