this fish is a hit and miss it taste nicely seasoned soft but the problem is they don't scale the fish so I'm eating it with the skin on all you have in your mouth is scales kinds disgusting and disappointing

So glad the store had samples of this - I didn't want to buy a lot without trying it. And is EXCELLENT - salmon was moist and flavor was on point. Very mild heat, but great and balanced flavor.

Wonderful flavor

This is delicious! Have had several times, grilled it and devoured it all.

It was really good! Everything tasted super fresh since they had just restocked. I made it with white rice and a sweet harissa sauce.

They don't scale the salmon. Why sell a fully seasoned skin on salmon without scaling it first?

The flavor is spot on. It’s very balanced and very flavorful.
