This is a well balanced flavor combination. The cheese is not too mild or too strong and has a somewhat crumbley texture. The blend of fruits compliments rather than overwhelms. I appreciate that the fruit is not overladen with sugar. I would recommend it for a dessert cheese board but it would balance a savory cheese board nicely.

Every bite has a piece of fruit in it. The cheese is so beautifully sharp. You don't need a cracker. you just eat it alone. It is so delicious.

We both love that cheese, the fruitiness mixed with delicate cheese flavor is excellent. Will definitely buy that again.

I love this cheese! Wish I could get it year around!

This is a great cheese. Getting more

Sweet and salty and delicious 🤤

It was good but I thought it tasted better softened and I thought it was good on eggs and grilled cheese

I love Stilton cheese, but this Stilton had dry faint flavor that left an aftertaste in my mouth with a chalky coating on my tongue. Several other people said it tasted funny or off and did not like it. The candied fruit was fine, but seemed out of place in this cheese. Very disappointed in this product, especially at its ren dollar price point.

Liked the idea but not the cheese itself.

Terrible I brought it to a party and the whole block was left. Two very small pieces were eaten. I also ate a small piece and it wasn't very good
