The meat is seasoned already and tasted great. It was a bit to thick for my liking so I had to sliced it into thinner slices. My wife loved the taste of the seasoning and I liked the no hastle just open the package and straight to the grill factor.

Since the meat came in big slabs that you cut up yourself you could use it in any dish that calls for beef. However, the texture of the meat was very tough. I cooked it as the directions stated and some of the meat I could not chew. The seasoning was good and you could taste it in the fajitas.
