Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of meat in the package; it actually contained more than I expected, since several pieces were folded over. The meat did not come pre cut, which has its pros and cons. On the plus side, you can slice it exactly how you like for fajitas. On the downside, if you aren't picky about strip size, cutting it yourself can feel a bit time consuming. Most of the meat was great, but I did come across a few pieces with long tendons and one section with silver skin that made it difficult to trim without losing some of the meat. That part was a little disappointing. That said, the seasoning was delicious, the meat cooked up easily, and it made for a flavorful, convenient meal. If you're looking for a well seasoned cut of beef that balances convenience with good taste, this is a solid option. I enjoyed mine in a taco bowl and would definitely try it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is NOT skirt steak. I thought it was more like flank steak but by husband didn't think the quality was that good. It was extremely tough and chewy and yes I cooked it on low/medium. I tried it two different times and it was tough both times. The flavor was a little spicy for me and overall I didn't care for the actual flavor. It's definitely not Tex Mex flavors. I live in Texas and eat Mexican food regularly. If you do like it and you can figure out what cut of meat you're getting it wasn't a terrible price per pound. I won't be buying it again or anything from that brand.

I add lots of salt to everything, but this product is way too salty. Barely edible because of it. I plan on returning the rest of the pack.
