I appreciated how the meat wasn't machine manufactured portioned in the packaging. You could find a slight variety in poundage which I like because it gives the impression that the company isn't just about automating processes and uses real people. I also had more of a say in how much meat I wanted to purchase for my family. The beef smelled fragrant the second you pulled it out of the packaging and it was relatively easy to cut into fajita sized strips. As for the flavor, it felt a bit average to us. Good but nothing that stood out. I would probably buy it again if we were in the mood for beef fajitas because it takes out the step of needing to prep and season yourself, but it's not something I would buy on a regular occurrence .

My wife was very excited to cook this versatile and convenient pre marinated beef for fajitas. The texture was very tender, juicy and fresh. Packaging is very colorful. We accompanied it with Mexican rice and pico de gallo.
