I've never had to cut steak before so cutting across the grain wasn't a known ability of mine. The flavor was good. I couldn't get a good sear and I ended up overcooking the steak. It was a bit chewier than I expected. It was a lot of meat, but I thought it was somewhat pricy. It's also pretty messy because of all the juices. I'd rather it be precut for me. The cutting time was consuming. Overall it was ok for a quick fajitas meal.
