[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the Pure Organic Twisted Fruit Bites in Blueberry Raspberry as hiking snacks, and they worked really well for that. I wanted something easy to toss into a backpack that would not be messy, heavy, or require any prep, and these were perfect to have on hand. The blueberry raspberry flavor is really good. It has a nice fruity taste without seeming too artificial, and I like that they are made with real fruit purees and juices. They were sweet enough to feel like a treat on the trail, but still felt like a better option than packing candy or something that might melt. I liked the texture and portion size. They were easy to eat while on the go, and the individual packs made them convenient to hand out or tuck into different bags. They did not take up much room, and I appreciated that they were neither sticky nor complicated to handle outdoors. Overall, these are a great little snack for hiking, road trips, lunchboxes, or just keeping in the pantry for a quick snack. We enjoyed the flavor, loved the convenience, and I would definitely buy them again.

The individual package was small enough to hide in my bag and it seemed the perfect snack to bring along, definitely much healthier than any snacks offered at the concession stand. I pull out the package and quietly tear it open, only to be slammed with a smell that was anything but subtle. Here I am, trying to sneak in a snack, and I fully expected the smell to give me away immediately. But, the smell aligned perfectly with a taste that was fruity yet not too sweet and surprisingly delicious.
