After trying several weed killers on my Marathon (tall fescue) to control oxalis weeds, I tried Roundup for Lawns. (Yes it was not original Roundup, which kills everything plant.), Unfortunately, it killed much of my lawn where I sprayed it. I am now replanting grass and looking another control for oxalis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have new weeds that I have never had before. YES!! I have had the basic one but I got a new type of weed that grows real fast. I applied this Roundup® For Lawns 1 Ready-to-Use. I was afraid that it would kill everything it comes in contact with. I walked the yard and applied it where ever it was needed. I went out after a couple hours and did not see any major change. I then waited until the next day to see any difference. YES!!! The weeds are DEAD!!! I also killed several dandelions. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Perhaps the lack of effectiveness is at least in part due to insufficient surfactant. The product beads on leaves and blades like water droplets on a freshly waxed and polished car. None of the other Roundup products suffer from this deficiency. I learned over 50 years ago to add dish soap for a wetting agent with Weed-B-gon if nothing else was available. Surely a chemical company could do better. The other Roundup products are very good, but someone dropped the ball on this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roundup product is easy to use in a normal sprayer and can be spread across my entire lawn or just in localized areas. As always, Roundup does what it claims to do, the weeds die and the grass stays just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This motorized sprayer is amazing! I am able to spray a week quickly without having to fill a pump sprayer. It also made it easy to walk my lawn and spray the random weeds without my hand getting tired using a manual sprayer. Quick grab of the bottle, quick spray and I am done! Love that you can purchase a refill bottle and use the sprayer top in it. Plan to keep a refill stocked in my garage for use this summer. I tried to post a video showing how great it sprays, but could not get it to load. Love the ease and the cleanliness of it - didn't get any on my hands.

I recommend you to use it with automatic sprayer to make the process very convenient. It shoots a precise stream right onto the weeds without harming my grass. It does the job, and keeps the lawn looking great. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this product is great. The automatic quick hand sprayer makes it easy to spray the wheats around the house. You can choose whether to do big stream or a spray to ensure you're getting all the weeds around.

After applying Roundup for Lawns using the quick hand spray, I saw little to no improvement in weed control even after following the instructions carefully. Many of the weeds remained alive, and some seemed completely unaffected. The spray mechanism itself was also frustrating-uneven application and occasional clogging made it difficult to use efficiently. For the price, I expected much better results and consistency. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product. There are more effective and reliable weed killers available on the market.

I love that it is quick and effective. It is a one and done option and makes it easy to get rid of weeds in my rock gardens and bed areas. I was sick of having to spray multiple times and then still fight with the pulling. This has made it a breeze, and I don't seem to see any popping up for quite some time afterwards.
