I love this cereal! I cannot eat plain oatmeal anymore, as I make half oatmeal, half this, and it makes the best hot cereal. I cannot go without this! Give it a try. It has little dates, raisins, sunflower seeds and oats.

Love this cereal. Very refreshing and healthy to eat for breakfast during the hot summer months. We eat it every morning with almond milk and berries.

Love this but it is not always available in large quantities for pick up at my Walmart. This is a winter staple for our family. The ones with the sweet tooth add more raisins, and the nuts add almonds.

This is the best cereal I've ever eaten. It's wonderful "raw" with milk, or cooked. It must be very good for you, because I've begun to crave eating it.
