[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was super easy! The wait for the water to heat up was the worst part! Takes about 48 hours to heat up outside temperature may have contributed to it. The jets are pretty powerful! The only downfall is that you cannot run the jets and the heater at the same time which does cause the water temperature to drop pretty quickly. The temperature here in central Ohio is 62. There were not good directions on what chemicals were recommended. Overall the ease of setup and the relaxation this is giving me is well worth it! Cannot wait to enjoy many more evenings winding down in this little oasis!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I almost gave this 4 stars because of the set up, however once we watched the set up video online, it was a piece of cake! I'm very impressed with the durability of the hot tub and the ease of use. It was big enough to fit 5 grown people in there, it's a tight fit but it was perfect! I can see me just relaxing in it on a daily basis. The bubble feature is really powerful which was also impressive, and make sure you keep the cover on when heating the water, it will heat up faster. Overall I highly recommend and I really think if you take care of it, it will last for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now im ready for the fall and winter, this hut tub is amazing, as you can see on the picture, my wife looks tiny on it, we have to make some space and move some summer furniture, for left the hut tub ready, blow in seconds, surprising quiet, holds a lot water, easy to assembly and pretty colors. This is a must have for a nice time during fall and winter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was pretty ok for this hot tub . The directions were a little confusing but I looked up a video on YouTube and it was very easy . Took around 24 hours to heat from hose water to 103 . Bummed because one clasp came broken and noticed they are sold out on website . Hot tub was very comfortable for two adults . Would recommend for quick hot tub really nice .

We have owned expensive hot tubs in the past and this is the way to go! It's not cumbersome to set up and use and keeping the water clear seems to be so much easier than a big hot tub. I adore this portable spa!!

Just purchased with all my Sam's cash I was saving this year. Grabbed it on sale for $299, currently have it hooked up and it's been heating up fast from 54 degrees to now 70 only 6 hours later hoping to be at 100 by mid afternoon. Might I add I live in Maine so temps are currently cold.

The round shape is roomy and comfortable, it can fit up from 3 to 5 people, and I really like the blue herringbone design. it looks much nicer than a typical inflatable spa. The AirJet bubbles feel relaxing after a long day, and the water gets nice and warm. I also appreciate the EnergySense design, which helps with heat retention and makes it more practical to maintain. It's easy to set up and convenient to use, especially when I want a little spa time without leaving the house. Overall, it's been a fun and relaxing addition to our home.

Works well, loses heat the lobger you stay in as heat pump and spa bubbles do not work simultaneously. Could have gotten in $80.00 cheaper if bought direct from manufacturer.

I really wanted to love this. We bought this hot tub one week ago and have had to search for holes and patch FOUR already. We have only actually used it three times. There is absolutely no way we caused these holes to occur, at first I thought it was something we did but at this point I feel like it's defective. We keep having to drain the water and search for holes in the lining. Considering returning it because we can't keep spending the money to fill it and then have to drain it just because it keeps losing air and we have to search for a hole. Really disappointed because we wanted to love it!
