I am really happy with the ingredients in this - it is hits several of the key ingredients I was looking for. The sour pineapple as a flavor is an accurate description (emphasis on sour!), but overall it is a reasonably good taste.

I have felt great but the flavor of these is a little tart and the texture is a little too chewy. I will continue to use these through flu and cold season.
