It dissolved fairly well with a good mix in my water bottle. I love these because I work in a hospital and need the extra vitamins to maintain my health!

They come in individual packages and has three different flavors raspberry, white grape and berry tea. I like that this provides vitamin C and electrolytes. Reason I chose three stars is because these packets have added sugar. As someone who's trying to watch how much sugar they consume I wouldn't use these often for myself.

I can’t describe it. The taste is kind of like the smell but a little better. Not much! I think I would rather take the hit to my immune system than drink the sip I had.
