I Love this Ice Maker. It is easy to setup and makes tons of ice. Cleaning and descaling is easy as well. It is an absolute gem of an appliance.

Worth every penny

The ice maker is sleek looking and quiet  compared to the other one I had. Love the reserve tank. Downfall is that the cubes are small and melt fast.

I love this ice machine but i don't like that when the drawer is open water comes out and that it constantly says add water when there is water in it

I have had the ice maker about s month and it started to make s horrible sound.  It us no longer making ice.

I was amazed at how easy this was and I'm 100% satisfied with the ice it's just like Chick-fil-A nugget ice!

The air bubbles in the tube has caused me to manually lift the water tank EVERY DAY !! For the price I paid, this should be fixed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit because it stated the assembly product dimensions are (LxWxH) 24.75 x 20.25 x 14.74. The G.E Profile they sent was (LxWxH) 17.5 x 13.43 x 16.5. When I contacted GE they stated that they do not make a unit that is 14.75 inches tall. I am completely unhappy that this unit states the wrong size in height.

It is AMAZING!  Cleaning it is somewhat of a pain since its very heavy though.  My husband has to move it from the counter to the sink.  Cleaning needs to happen very frequently since it develops a pink slime within about a week.  We have soft water.  I recommend it, but just be prepared to fill the water tank daily if you use a lot of ice and weekly cleaning of the entire unit,
