Please know your new icemaker may make sounds that are not familiar. Most sounds are normal. Hard surfaces such as the floor, walls, and countertops can amplify these sounds. When first purchased, we suggest to sanitize and rinse the icemaker with clean water for five minutes before first use to avoid a funny taste in ice. We hope you give us another try!
