Hello - We're terrible sorry to hear your Opal has been leaking and ruined your floor. This is absolutely not what we would expect from our product, and can understand your disappointment. Please know we apologize for the inconveniences this has caused you. In regard to your damaged floors, we suggest contacting Sedgwick at 1-844-652-3105. We recommend to drain your Opal if you are not using much ice. We also provide a drip tray that's used to catch any water. The drip tray should be wiped dry at your earliest convenience. Your ice maker comes with a limited one year warranty. We suggest to take advantage of this warranty and contact us for service. You can go to myopalservice.com, or you can also call that department at 1-866-907-6718 from Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST. We hope you find this information helpful.
