Hey there, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your new Opal 2.0 icemaker. We apologize that the ice production has not met your expectations. The normal ice production rate at 60F water temperature, with a 70F ambient temperature is 1 pound per hour. We will be sure to pass your comments along to our product team as we continue to make improvements to our appliances.
