Oh no! We are so let down to hear that you are already having problems with this icemaker so soon in its lifespan. If you haven't already, we would recommend checking out the quick start guide for the Opal icemaker, which has specific steps for getting started with the machine. These will allow you to get ice in about 20 minutes after beginning the ice making process.
