Fantastic ice!

We are in love with this ice maker and the ice. We are getting used to the sound it makes and ignore it because the ice is awesome!

After two weeks of purchase

I bought this only a few weeks ago and now it’s making sounds while it’s preparing ice so that’s why I rated it a two.

Great Ice, Looks good.

The machine looks sharp, makes ice quickly and the wifi scheduling is more helpful than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend this for anyone.

So far it’s great!

1st day with it and my wife is in love! Perfect ice and she was able to fill her cup in roughly 20-30 minutes of turning it on!

It makes nice ice

I have only had it 2 weeks so I think it’s a bit premature to attest to the overall quality. At this time we are enjoying it.

Love this!

Love this so much!!! So far, everything is going great. We ended up buying the side tank also, which makes it so convenient.

This makes the best ice! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we haven't totally figured out how the app works yet. We love the machine!

PURE JUNK

I’ve had 4 in 1 yr and am now told to fix it myself that the warranty is up. I cared for it as I was told. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great Product

Easy to set up and so far works great. The app is easy to program as well. Wish I had bought this sooner!

Don’t buy!

Constantly had to descale. Stopped working after one descaling and could never recover it. Threw it in the trash. Don’t waste your money.
