Nugget ice is the best! Now I do not have to travel to fast food retailers for chewy ice! This thing is a life saver.

I love to chew ice but I know it’s not the best on your teeth; however, this ice maker makes the ice very soft and perfect for chewing.

So far so good. I don’t use tap water i use filtered water even to clean it. I clean it once a week.

Started making ice writhing 10 minutes! Cleaning and prep took a long time to get it ready to use, only down side.

Easy setup and started making ice within 20 minutes after powering it up the first time. Amazing unit thus so far.

We love the ice. Maintenance can be a bit much but I’ll never go back to a normal ice maker for our drinks.

The ice is great, the machine is super noisy and problematic. Had to return one which took 2 months because it made a horrendous squeak.

This unit works very well. It is a little loud, and gets real loud when it needs cleaned. Does a lot better using distilled water.
