Met all of our expectations, and would suggest if anyone needs an ice maker this is the one to purchasd

Dead out of the box and they wouldn't send a new one at first. I had to do a warranty claim. Seller eventually took it back as a return.

Have got to use it much but very excited about the product seems easy to clean and fill up with water

Man I loved my first build opal but this does everything better! I would strongly suggest an upgrade if you have the original.

Our family loves this ice maker. It produces ice quickly. We love that we can set a schedule and have it run automatically.

Good unit. Bought to Use for cocktails and fill my golf bag cooler. I use more than my fridge ice maker now! For everything.

The Opal ice maker performs well but the ice is soft and therefore melts quickly. I rate it as average.

This makes the best ice and it is so small. We use it everyday and don't know what we would do without it.

Makes great ice but unit shuts down if you do not open the tray and the ice is melting! Just seems like it should stay running to keep ice frozen
