Hello- We are so sorry to hear that you Opal Ice Maker is not functioning and operating as its intended. If you have already tried cleaning and descaling your ice maker, as well as resetting it by unplugging it for 2-3 hours, and continue to experience this issue, we would recommend that you contact Opal Support to initiate a warranty claim.
