I so far love this product! Easy install. The only this is make sure to take a picture of the information on the back that way it's easier to connect on the app.

Instructions were clear to put together. Makes great ice. We live in 100 degree weather so the ice maker is used all the time. Does say it needs cleaned weekly which seems like a lot.?

Finally a ice maker that makes the good ice!!!! Very easy to set up and had ice in minutes the only feature that I would add is a song that plays when the ice bin is full because it is time to party!!!

Doesn't make ice quick enough before it melts and you cannot freeze it for later due to this..needs to be mote solid ice like chickfil..this is why I bought it but definitely not like that..I want a refund

Could be better all the features don't work well it will stop making ice when it supposed to but will not restart unless you restart it have never seen a defrost mode

Great appliance...doesn't require a lot of space and remarkably quiet considering this has a compressor. Minor hiccup with creating schedule (you have to set the timezone).

I do not think I can be happy without one of these in my household now. It is practically a necessity. This beautiful ice maker will look great in any kitchen

There are 2 labels stating risk of cancer and reproductive harm! This ice machine is hard to clean. If you don't clean the inside it will get an algae in the water!

Love the look and finish of the new design. The nugget ice is the best! Pricey, but so far above any other counter top ice maker that it is well worth the investment. Hope it stands up to daily use! Only time will tell.

Love the ice size and taste! Keeps the bin full or near full in an ice loving family! This ice maker fits perfectly on my small beverage bar! and keeps our beverages cold!
