I read reviews and researched and was still skeptical. I purchased on a Black Friday sale and only regret was not buying sooner. The hopper keeps up with my large family. It feels heavy and well built. 100% satisfied

I love the ice-maker. It is easy to install, easy to clean, it isn't noisy and I love the little ice pellets. I've had other ice-makers and this is by far the best.

Finally, that crunchy nugget ice in the comfort of my own home. Set up was a breeze and had ice in less than an hour. Pretty exciting - so thankful my old neighbors bragged about to make me get one.

Great appliance...doesn't require a lot of space and remarkably quiet considering this has a compressor. Minor hiccup with creating schedule (you have to set the timezone).

From the front drip tray - consider the bucket's ability to drain/recycle melted ice - to the WiFi connection and scheduling via the app... everything was considered. It performs better than advertised!

I bought this for my husband as a gift and he absolutely LOVES this machine! It is so easy to use and the crunch ice the closest to commercial crushed ice and is not hollow like other machines.

We've had this unit for months now and have been very happy with it - it produces ice fairly quickly and the ice makes a big difference to our cocktails and drinks over the standard cubes. Things chill down quickly, and don't melt as fast.

I've only had the ice maker for a few weeks but no complaints so far. I did have a little trouble connecting the machine to the app but once I got it done it has worked great. I love that I can set a schedule so it doesn't run continuously.
