If I would have left this review a few weeks ago it would have been five stars but this unit has already started making the screaming belt noise that my old one did after a few years, but it's only been a few months this time.

I now use these ice chips more than the ice from our refrigerator. We bought it to have extra ice when we have family get togethers etc. However I find this is my preferred ice so I use it daily.

We bought this ice maker back in the fall and have not regretted it. We use it multiple times a day. I have it set up on Alexa to turn on and start making fresh ice in the morning everyday. His nickname is “Tom” - as in Tom “The Iceman” Kaczynski

We have had other counter top ice makers for years. This one is quiet and provides ice for our family of 3 adults with ice at all times. We love the extra water holder. We are glad we bought it even though it is pricey.

It takes a little time to get going once you first turn it on, but once it gets rolling it really makes ice fast! Keeps it frozen for a long time too. So far we're pretty happy with it.

I've tried other ice makers and this is by far the best!!! It's very quiet and makes ice fast! I find I drink alot more water because this ice is so good!

We love this ice maker. The nuggets are constant, quiet and easy to use. It doesn't say connected to our wifi but it could be operator error. I just haven't had time to mess with it.

Outstanding Performance, so far we are very impressed. The machine is about 1-2” to tall to fit under our kitchen cabinets, but was able to find a great spot for it nonetheless.

Easy to set up . Like the features continuous making ice ,great for when you're having a party or just sitting around watching TV and having your ice ready anytime

Love the pellet ice that it produces, and it makes quite a bit in a timely manner. The pump can be loud at times when the machine calls for water. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty if you decide to purchase this machine.
