Doesn't make ice quick enough before it melts and you cannot freeze it for later due to this..needs to be mote solid ice like chickfil..this is why I bought it but definitely not like that..I want a refund

I really like this icemaker, and I've had it for about a month. At this point, the only "complaint" I have is that it is quite large, and we're looking for a place to keep it permanently. I also purchased the side tank which is a game-changer!!

Fantastic ice maker and makes ice nuggets is a short time and very easy to use. Ice is hard and stays hard in the machine I'd not used right away. The macg8ne is quite when making ice.

This immediately started making ice and is whisper quiet. I enjoy having it connected to an app that I can set a schedule so it's ready for iced coffee in the morning. Easy to set up too!

This is my second ice maker like this one that I have owned. My first one lasted 5plus years without any problems running 24-7, 365. I dont ever want to be without one. It is worth the money.

I love this ice maker. It's easy to set up and start using. It's also a nice size so it fits well in my kitchen. We use a lot of ice and we never run out with the Opal. It's the best chewable ice too.

I had the first version of this machine and ran about a gallon of water through it a day for 4 years. It finally died. While I was disappointed, the 2.0 is a better ice maker.

If you are a fan of nugget ice, this maker is for you! After thinking about it for years, I finally took the plunge & am so happy I did! Now to talk my boss in to buying one for our office. ;-)

I was skeptical about buying this ice maker due to the price, but it is definitely worth the money. Never runs out of ice and the whole family loves it!

Had many many many and more different ice machines. By far this one has been the best set up and very easy to use. Easy to maintain, Doesn't require a lot of attention.Perfect size ice that doesn't melt as soon as you add your drink.
