I was a little hesitant on pulling the trigger over the price, they are expensive. I am so glad that I did, the whole family loves using this ice maker.

Makes ice nuggets in under 20 minutes, love how if you leave the ice in the hopper and it starts to melt the same melted water is returned to the reservoir and resided to make more ice. 

Very nice ice maker. It makes lots of ice fast! We love the small size of the nugget ice. The machine is quiet and looks very handsome on the counter!

We have had the unit for several months and so far it's been great! Time will tell the story with regard to reliability. We are hoping for the best!

Our family love this ice machine. The nugget ice is soft just the way we like it. The only issue I am having is the ice machine will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Overall a great product

Overall, I love my icemaker so far. I wish the water supply container lasted longer, and that the ice-making machine was a bit less noisy. Other than that, I would rate it a big 10. Now, I would give it a 9.9.

I like the ice maker but am having an issue with a squeaking noise contacted customer service and followed their procedures and suppose to be sending me a replacement we will see how the second one preforms when I get it in?

The product is really simple to set up even with the initial cleaning process. It takes about 60 mins from unboxing ,cleaning and filling the unit and you should have ice dropping if you follow the steps diligently.

This machine is perfect! Easy, simple to use and stylish looking. Best of all it produces the perfect nugget ice that I love. I couldn't ask for anything more from this little fancy machine.

This ice machine is the best ice maker I've ever used.it's quite and make ice ice fast.the ice of ice is great the kids love to chew on it.highly recommend this machine
