It can be a little noisy at times, but our family is loving it down stair at our basement bar. I think my mother in law is going to purchase one also for there house.

We just started using it, after receiving it for Christmas. So far we love the ice, even though it seems to run a lot, even we don't use that much ice.

I have been looking for a nugget ice maker for a while. I read a lot of reviews and this ice maker was the best. I have not been disappointed! It is awesome!

It works great out the box but after so many months I don't care what brand they mess up. This one seems to be a little better than the 4 ice machines I have had so far. But buy a protection plan!!!

I got this for Christmas and I love it, I opted to get the filter for it and I only use distilled water in it The ice is excellent It's just like sonic!

Makes great ice, have to mess with the water reservoir every so often to get it to fill and clear the add water warning so about the only issue we have had. Just clean it once every couple weeks.

We've had this ice maker for a month now & absolutely love it! Super easy to set up. I love the convenience of controlling it through the app & being alerted when it's time to add water or descale. Definitely recommend the Opal 2.0!

Love the ice, but the thing squeals uncontrollably. Constantly have to turn it off. Perhaps lubricate the motor at build. It's in a basement and I can hear it on the second floor.

Opal 2.0 is by far the best in performance for an ice maker. It is also quiet and efficient. We've had several machines and I highly recommend Opal 2.0

I think the product is great, only inconvenience is that you ha e to refill a self fill option with filter would make it better that way you only change out the filter and you always have ice.
