Love my ice maker. It is really nice. The ice is perfect consistency. I drink WAY more water with my nugget ice!! Highly recommended. Great product!

I love the ice the machine produces. The only issue with the machine in the loud squealing noise it makes when needing to defrost. Happens often and for an extended period of time.

This ice maker makes the best ice! This ice maker so far is an improvement over the previous model b/c it has not started having mildew in the ice yet and we have had it set up for approximately 3 months.

This machine is the best. When connected to Wi-Fi the app on your phone allows you to schedule on/off cycles. Or turn on remotely before you get home to start making fresh ice.

This is number two. First one lasted 10 months. “OUT OF WATER “ but was full. Opened drawer and went to “DEFROST CYCLE”. Had to unplug to make ice again.

This unit is quite and the phone app is great when scheduling the times when the Machine is not needed. Ice is just like it was described. We enjoy it every day

Had it for about month, no complaints about noise or lack of ice. Love the extra side tank whicj I keep filled so we never run out of ice. Great so far, will update if anything changes.

We have one, and I've bought one for several friends and family members. The Opal is a great little machine. Use distilled water and it'll never give you any issues.

We just started using it, after receiving it for Christmas. So far we love the ice, even though it seems to run a lot, even we don't use that much ice.

Took about a month to decide to buy this. Was so glad I did and should of bought sooner. The perfect ice made perfect every time. Easy install just feed it water.
