This Ice maker works great the nugget ice is wonderful. Ice production keeps up better than expected and looks nice on the counter. We receive compliments from every one who see's it.

Honestly so much better in person! The feel of it is excellent. Very beautiful finish. Matches the rest of our stainless steel appliances. The additional water is amazing. Helps us from filling it nightly. Love it!

It's been a problem since day 3 of having it. I had to buy external fans to keep it cool. Im also worried about the mold I will most likely find when I open it to clean, like others have done.

Bought this for the wife for an early Christmas present (I know July lol), she absolutely loves this machine. Makes ice like you get at sonic. She loves that she can set up a schedule to make ice before she gets up to go to work.

We have loved it so far! My only complaint is I wish it would hold a colder temperature! I feel if you do t eat it right away it melts down? But my family love it so far!

It's quiet, makes ice well and keeps it cold, and it's very effortless. I use the side tank and fill up once a day and it continually makes ice with no issue.

This countertop marvel makes ice so fast, fills up the reservoir so completely it is truly hard to believe. Now I no longer have to lug 20 lb ice bags to the freezer. I can't wait to discover everything there is about my new Opal!

We love this ice unit, buts it's only been a year and a few months and now the fan makes a loud squeaking noise and will not stop. Definitely the fan and it drives us crazy, that we turn it off when home. For the hi price we paid, very disappointed.

Our last opal ran well over six years, heavy usage and never disappointed. Just started our second and it's by far the best nugget maker on the market. We've tried a few others and sent them back.
