We love our new ice maker. The soft “sonic “ ice is great! It makes ice if the ice melts, keeping it full and if we need to add water, there is a light that tells us to add additional water. So glad for this purchase!

What an terrific appliance to own! This product is very easy to set up and care for. The ice is The Good Ice that keeps well even when the machine seems to be off. Thank you for creating such a great portable ice maker!

I've had a few ice makers and this one is the best. Quiet and you can leave it on constantly. So far it's been exactly what we needed and it is attractive.

Second day of ownership, the ice maker continues to ask for water. Try all the troubleshooting, got it to make ice one more time. Now it's either making ice (but not) or asking for water still. This is going back.

Chilling! The ice maker is the perfect addition. I've not set up wi-fi yet. Looking forward to that. It was a labor to clean before starting, but after that "rinse, repeat" process, it's been an icy breeze.

I love the texture and hardness of the ice! I love everything about it except cleaning it every other day! After 2 days it will start making a screaming noise that will only stop if you unplug it.

Although it took a bit of effort to get the side auxiliary water tank to work, the ice maker has worked flawlessly since! It makes great ice for drinks and also make ice fast!

The ice maker was easy to set up. It produces perfect ice. Being able to set up a schedule through the app is a nice feature. The app will also let you know when it needs to be cleaned; however, having to clean it every 4 days is a pain.

Love my ice maker. It is really nice. The ice is perfect consistency. I drink WAY more water with my nugget ice!! Highly recommended. Great product!

Received this ice maker for Christmas from my daughters. Best gift ever!! I'm an ice chewer and have bought Sonic ice for a long time. Now I make it in my home! So glad my girls love their Mama!!
