I don't know how I lived so long without this icemaker. It makes the best, crunchable ice. I LOVE IT! Eating ice is my only vice. But you know what they say about people with no vices -- they usually have some very annoying virtues. ; D

Had many many many and more different ice machines. By far this one has been the best set up and very easy to use. Easy to maintain, Doesn't require a lot of attention.Perfect size ice that doesn't melt as soon as you add your drink.

The household wanted an ice maker that made smaller ice. Well, this one fit the bill and is always being used. After a couple months it's still working like a charm. The cleaning routine will take some getting used to but, it wasn't terrible.

I feel when I receive a product it should be ready to work. I should not have to clean it before I use it. But we do love the ice! I would recommend it but prepare them that it's going to have to be cleaned first. It's not a plug in and go.

This ice maker makes great, soft nugget ice very quickly. My whole family loves it. My daughter just gets cups of the ice to eat. The only downside is that it is a bit loud when it's running. Other than that, it is great.

We absolutely love our nugget ice maker. I've been looking at ice makers for over a year and keep coming back this one. We are water drinkers and go through so much ice. This is able to keep up with my family of 5.

We used this model nugget ice maker at my son's house and loved it! Now we have our own. Nugget ice is the best and this maker was easy to install and there is always ice available.

Stopped working within a couple months. Hoping company will be easy to work with in seeking a warranty claim. Will update once we find out how difficult or willing they are to back their products…

I purchased this ice machine for my son's dorm room. It makes perfect ice. He loves having his own personal ice maker. I love it so much and I'm so impressed that I am purchasing a second one to have in my kitchen at home.
