We purchased this ice maker to use at our pool pavilion. It has exceeded all expectations. The ice is perfect and the maintenance has been little or no.

I love the quietness and the ease of cleaning. My guests love the pebble ice. It makes all I need (and then some) for a dinner party in a few hours. Very pleased

Works great! It is the perfect size for my wife and I as we drink a lot of ice water. Makes ice fast but makes a high pitched sound sometimes when it is running. Sounds like a cat in pain.

My husband and I love this ice maker! The first batch of ice takes a bit to fill the bin. After that it keeps up nicely at cocktail time. I suggest buying the side tank with the machine. It's worth it! 😎

Could be better all the features don't work well it will stop making ice when it supposed to but will not restart unless you restart it have never seen a defrost mode

I tried the other ice makers on the market- and then I bought the best. This is by far the most amazing ice machine on the market. I'm so happy with my purchase.

This is our second machine, this is the first ice maker since GE bought Opal though…and I must say- GE has done an OUTSTANDING job! No complaints at all. If you love ice, you will not regret this purchase.

Very consistent with making ice easily never have to worry about running out of ice it is noisy and squeaky at times but the quality of ice does override this problem

Existing Ice maker could not keep up with Daily use. Bin was alway empty Now the refrigerator Ice Makers bin is always full. + this is better Ice for drinks.Water Cups, Sodas.

This was a great purchase. We love having pellet ice fresh on demand. The schedule feature is great so the ice is ready when we get up for our iced coffee. It is also very easy to clean
