With five people in the household and warm weather and tiki drink season upon us - this quickly became the most important countertop appliance in the house. Nice work on making these!

Purchased one for our school workroom last year and it has been awesome. So I decided this year I needed one at my house. I'm definitely drinking more water since I've added this to my kitchen.

This machine is fantastic, and makes ice quickly. It does make a horrible squealing noise at times, but after a thorough cleaning cycle, the sound goes away. I highly recommend this machine for every day use.

We use the ice maker everyday with no issues. It makes plenty of ice for our needs. I highly recommend getting the additional water container. Without it, we would be constantly filling up the main container.

Ours leaked water everywhere till my husband worked on the machine to fix it but now it says 'add water' a lot even when the water reservoir is completely full. Makes good ice just so many other issues.

I have purchased several ice makers and this one is by far the best. The ice taste great and I love the crunchy nuggets. It's also quieter than my last ice maker. Very impressed!

Absolutely the best ice maker on the market. Produces perfect drink ice cubes with large quantity tank and add ons to cover any occasion. Easy to set up, maintain and use. 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Product makes great ice but does have some issues with pulling water from the side tank. Cleaning can also be time consuming. Being able to schedule operation times is a great plus.
