I've really enjoyed the Opal over the last few months. I've essentially had zero issues with the product, it's been making great ice and makes the ice pretty quick, and overall would recommend it to anyone looking for a pebble ice maker.

A bit time consuming to set up and clean out, but so happy with it once it's up and running. We have reliable and satisfying ice 24/7. Way better than normal freezer door ice, never going back to our old ways.

I absolutely love this nugget ice machine. I have always wanted one and this is an awesome ice maker. Easy to set up and doesn't take up alot of room. Great job!

Done great for 6 days and it stopped making ice. Gives an add water light and it's full. Tried over 2 hrs priming the pump and resetting. It starts dropping ice and gives a add water alarm.

This ice maker makes that *good* ice. Love the auto features so that I never have to tell it to make more ice. The auto clean feature is great as well.

I love the texture and hardness of the ice! I love everything about it except cleaning it every other day! After 2 days it will start making a screaming noise that will only stop if you unplug it.

The ice maker is great in concept size and quality, but having to clean the system monthly at a minimum is a pain. I've never had an issue with a built in refrigerator ice maker. The cleaning issue is the sensors. I'm not sure I would buy again

I have had a countertop ice maker before which was a huge disappointment so was wary of the claims people made on this one, but this ice maker does everything it claims: makes tons of ice, easy set-up, easy clean-up! Unbelievable!

There's nothing more satisfying than chewing on perfect little ice nuggets. It's crunchy enough without damaging your teeth. It's easy to fill it up with water and the machine makes ice super fast!

The setup for the ice maker was very easy and the instructions were very clear. The amount of ice it makes in a short period of time ensures that we always have ice.
