Great machine! Have bought a few over the years... we use it a lot and I mean a lot.. this thing is fantastic. We find it works for a solid use for about 2 years and it's around the clock with a household of 4. This is awesome and nice for parties.

Love, love, love this little ice machine! It is a workhorse and produces ice quickly and efficiently. We use this in the breakout room next to our conference center and everyone loves the 'Sonic' type ice it produces. Highly recommend this machine.

Great appliance...doesn't require a lot of space and remarkably quiet considering this has a compressor. Minor hiccup with creating schedule (you have to set the timezone).

My husband got me this gift for Christmas and i installed it the very next day. Easy setup and pure ice heaven. The ice is chewable and no need for me to make my daily trips to get ice before i got home.

The icemaker is very quick to make ice. It does make a slight hum sound as it's making ice. The online app. Is available to make ice certain days/times you like. I highly recommend!

This is a fantastic ice maker! My daily life is better with this device in my life. I wish I had known about the intense maintenance involved before buying, but all in all a great product. The additional side tank is key.

So far I have not had any problems! I could. Or be happier, the quality of the ice is perfect! I am very impressed with how quiet the machine is and how fast it makes ice.

Makes ice nuggets in under 20 minutes, love how if you leave the ice in the hopper and it starts to melt the same melted water is returned to the reservoir and resided to make more ice. 

I have had this appliance less than thirty days, and it daily tells me to “add water”. The side tank is full, it pulls water into the machine but still does not produce ice.

This is an awesome appliance when it works... Constant WiFi connection issues. Now it won't power on. Not sure what is going in... When it worked... It was great. Made ice quickly and it was amazing.
