It doesn’t hold ice!

great cooler. rating is on the main zipper. We have issues with it staying on track and zipper opening

The top handle is not sewed into the top of the cooler, it is glued. The glue melted and the top handle piece separated after first beach trip. Poor quality. Returned.

Zipper broke within 3 months. The cooler is not water proof. And it don't keep things cold for long amount of time when being used more frequently outside in the heat.

The zipper broke after 1 use! So disappointing. It does keep ice good otherwise and did not leak. Sucks we were only able to use this once

Zipper broke in first two weeks of using it. Teal color is beautiful and it keeps everything cold but zipper failed way too soon.

I was very excited to get this cooler. Have a limited amount of space in my work vehicle for an ice chest. Very disappointed in it's performance. Had this cooler for about a week doesn't hold ice very well. Planning on returning it.

This backpack cooler has worked well for our family of four. We have reusable ice packs that we use instead of ice. We used ice once and did not have any leaking. The durability is good, keeps items cold and I like the sleek look as well. The material is easy to clean if needed.

Purchased this ice cooler because i needed a new one. The price is great. The design is nice and such a pretty color. This absolutely does not keep cold for long. We used it for 5 days. Having to dump the melted ice out and re ice down every day. It does noy hold ice for longer than 6 hours. I was purchasing ice bags daily while using this.
