I love the slate color and modern design of the Vego garden beds! They are easy to assemble and well-designed. The only downside—and a helpful tip for others—is that there is a protective plastic film on both the inside and outside of the panels. This isn't clearly mentioned in the instructions, so we didn't realize it until assembling a second bed. While the film provides great protection, it's very well-affixed and time-consuming to remove. In fact, peeling it off takes longer than putting the bed together! I appreciate the effort to protect the paint, but there has to be a more efficient way. A simple note in the instructions would make a big difference.

Real people responded to a problem we made, fixed it quick, and were so sweet about the extra bother. We ordered and planned for 3-8 footers and 4-5 footers in gray to surround our patio. We received them in 48 hours! The quality of consruction and finish elevate them from garden bed to a design element in our yard. We can't say enough how pleased we are and exited about a future surrounded by flowers. We don't have them installed yet or I would include a photo but if I can add one later, I will. We highly recommend these garden beds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're in the process of converting our garden from old wooden boxes to the vego beds. We've purchased several "sunlit oak" boxes and I really love how they add a nice pop of color to the backyard. The 17" deep beds are a big improvement over the old wooden beds and much easier to work, no more kneeling in the garden!

We picked up 4 of the 17" 6 in 1 Novel beds. Should have purchased the 9 in 1 but we worked with what we had. We cannibalized an extra panel from one of the four so that our beds were a bit longer and used the corner pieces to make a round bed for some late season salad greens. Overall we are pleased with the beds. We like that they came with magnetic labels that could be used to designate what was planted in a given row or area. Also liked the styling of the beds with the flat section sandwiched between the corrugated top and bottom. Finally the fact that they are on sale didn't hurt either :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple installation once you get a rhythm but takes longer than 30 min. It was nice to have the included tools. The rubber around the edging is a nice touch. Metal does bend easily so be careful when you are filling. Looks very good finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Novel 6 in 1 bed quickly, had no problem with assembly. I did also order the trellis 2 weeks later which I love. The trellis takes 2 people to place into the affixed brackets which was frustrating to say in the least. Next time I will put the lower bracket and sides in first. I'm growing vertical squash which I have covered with bug netting. I hand pollinate and control how many squash I get. Win win situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product came in a surprisingly small package and was very easy to assemble (for my husband). The screws on the bottom were a little harder to tighten and access. There were a few scuff marks, but I'm sure it will get a lot more being outside so that didn't bother me. We got the 17” novel in gray. I wish the 32” ones came in gray too. The color was the deciding factor (probably not the best reason, but we wanted something that looked good in our yard and didn't look like clutter). The other reason why we went with Vego is that the material is food safe. This was one information we couldn't find with other manufacturers. We have planted strawberries and veggies. We'll see what grows (the strawberry plants have already been consumed by squirrels)!!!

The novel 17" 6 in 1 in pearl white is beautiful. It was very easy to set-up and I am looking forward to filling it up with veggies and flowers this season. The longest part of the set-up was taking off the protective film.
