[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an upgrade from my 7 year old LG OLED. I went from 65" B7A to a 77" C5. The difference is already apparent. The original is still a great set and is moving to the living room. But the increased size in my home theater setup is amazing. It's also much brighter, especially with HDR and Dolby Vision content. Upscaling from lower def content is also much more refined. All in all a great set. If I had one complaint it would be the new design magic remote. So far I'm not a fan. Clumsy layout to use, no mute button, and doesn't fit in my hand near as well. But this is a small issue as I don't use the remote day to day. Highly recommended.

It is my fault as I I should have checked. But LG hide it very well. Feel stupid now as I could have bought the same tv, at same price, from a variety of resellers and benefited from their extended warranties. Won't buy from LG direct again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the 77" C5, it is in a room with large windows on an adjacent wall and I haven't had any issues with the picture during the day, I often forget to turn on the "bright room" feature. I also really like the gaming hub overly, have always used consoles and have never been able to see FPS while playing, lots of neat features hiding in there I wasn't expecting and didn't see when researching.

For years our media room seemed as if the TV just wasn't the right size. We had a 65 inch in the room but it just didn't have the picture quality or the right size for that room. The LG OLED 77 inch filled the room perfectly not just the size but the picture quality is unbelievable. What do I love about the LG OLED AI C5... Great picture quality! The black levels are incredible it gives perfect contrast that makes dark scenes pop. Colors are accurate and look great. It has a wide range of colors. We looked at allot of TVS but none came close to the LG OLED 77 inch C5. HDR performance is amazing and so is the AI . The other reason we went with the LG OLED was for the gaming aspect. It has four HDMI 2.1 ports, supports 4k gaming and has a 144hz refresh rate. The webOS has a great feel to it. We like how the remote is like using a mouse on screen and best of all it's user friendly. If your looking for a great OLED TV, look no further this is the one to get.... you'll be glad you did!! Additionally, the TV's sound system is very good as well. The bass was decent and there was enough clarity that I'd still be happy even without a home theater setup.
