I've been a long time user & haven't been able to get the Original Hempz lotion locally. I've not had it in years. I am just as happy with it's rewards as I was when I first tried it do many years ago! My skin is very dry & I'm soaking up the benefits of Hempz Original lotion!!

I really enjoy how the moisture makes my skin feel and the smell is very soothing, and it makes my skin look and feel healthier especially with the dryness of the desert around me, I would like to know if this product would be safe to use on an infant though.

I have many other Hempz products but this original is my go to. First moisturizer I've used that makes my skin feel soft without feeling greasy. I used Hempz lotion about 10 years ago and I remember back then how much I liked it. Through the years I experimented with other brands and never quite found a lotion that kept my skin moisturized throughout the day. Only last year did I re-discover Hempz lotion and realize what I've been missing all this time. I have an ongoing subscription and don't expect I'll be venturing off to another brand ever again.

I've suffered with extreme eczema my whole life and have tried nearly every lotion and cream you could think of. While I usually tend to avoid scented products due to them causing irritation, figured I'd give this a shot anyways. The scent is very gentle, smells terrific and has not bothered me at all. The lotion itself is very emollient, absorbs quickly, doesn't feel greasy and is the perfect consistency. It also seems to alleviate the itching associated with dry skin. I've been using it on my entire body and I've noticed significant improvement in my eczema in just two days. This stuff is amazing. I have used Hempz triple moisturizer with no issues, but this product has a chemical that gave me a rash across my body, it was painful and took a week to start healing. I tested it after on my wrist to make sure it was a true allergy, and the same thing happened. Here is what I learned comparing Hempz Original (Product one) to Hempz Triple Moisturizer (Product two) Summary: The biggest potential allergens in Product One come from its fragrance components (Benzyl Cinnamate, Citronellol, Eugenol, Methyl 2-Octynoate). Some preservatives (Chlorphenesin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate) can also cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Synthetic dyes (Yellow 5, Red 4) are known allergens for some people. Some botanical extracts (Chamomile, Aloe, Ginger, Ginseng) are soothing for most, but a few people may experience irritation. Emulsifiers like PEG-100 Stearate and Sorbitan Stearate could be minor irritants, especially for acne-prone skin.
